1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how RainbowlinQ ("RainbowlinQ," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, protects, transfers, and retains information in connection with the RainbowlinQ application, websites, support channels, safety tools, and related services.
RainbowlinQ is operated by AMAE Logistics LLC, a US-based company. Our platform is designed primarily for Myanmar and Southeast Asian communities, including users in Myanmar and Thailand. By accessing or using RainbowlinQ, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Account deletion information.
2. Data We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use RainbowlinQ, which features you enable, and what you choose to share. We may collect information directly from you, from your device, from your activity on the platform, from other users' interactions with you, and from service providers that help us operate RainbowlinQ.
Account And Authentication Data
- Account identifiers, such as username, user ID, email address, and account settings.
- Age or birthdate information used to support our 18+ eligibility requirements.
- If you choose to sign in using Google or another third-party authentication provider, we may receive information such as your name, email address, profile photo, unique account identifier, and authentication information, subject to the permissions you grant and the provider's policies.
- Security and verification information used to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
Profile And Public Information
- Display name, profile photo, bio, interests, preferences, links, and other profile fields you choose to provide.
- Identity-related profile information, such as pronouns, gender-related information, sexual orientation, or other optional fields where supported.
- Profile visibility settings and discoverability preferences.
- Public or shared content, such as posts, comments, reactions, photos, reports, and other user-generated content.
Device, Usage, And Safety Data
- Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, IP address, diagnostics, and crash logs.
- Usage information, such as feature activity, profile interactions, content interactions, settings changes, and safety signals.
- Analytics information, such as app performance metrics, feature usage statistics, engagement data, and diagnostic information used to improve the service.
- Information needed to investigate reports, enforce policies, reduce spam, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
- Support and privacy request data, such as messages you send to us and related account information.
3. Profile, Visibility, And Sensitive Information
RainbowlinQ is a social platform, so some profile information and content may be visible to other users depending on the feature, your settings, and the content you choose to share. Users should avoid adding information to a public or shared profile that they do not want other users to see, save, report, copy, or share.
RainbowlinQ provides privacy and visibility controls that may allow users to manage profile discoverability, location visibility, online status visibility, sensitive profile fields, and photo or profile visibility where supported. Available controls may vary by app version, region, account status, and feature availability.
Certain profile information provided by users, including sexual orientation, gender identity, pronouns, relationship preferences, or similar profile information, may be considered sensitive personal information in some jurisdictions. Users may choose whether to provide this information and may update or remove it through account settings where available.
Users may block or report other users where supported by available platform features.
4. Photos, Metadata, And AI Moderation
RainbowlinQ may collect and process photos and other media that you upload, send, or share. Uploaded photos may be processed to improve security, compatibility, moderation, and user safety. This may include removing embedded metadata associated with uploaded images, such as certain camera, file, or location metadata. We do not promise that every possible metadata field will always be removed in every circumstance.
RainbowlinQ may use automated moderation technologies, including on-device and third-party systems, to help detect harmful, abusive, illegal, or policy-violating content. Uploaded photos may be analyzed for safety and moderation purposes. Some moderation decisions may involve automated processing and human review where appropriate.
Moderation and safety systems may review uploaded content, profile text, reported messages, reports, account signals, and other safety signals. These systems may make mistakes, and users may be able to request review or correction where supported by RainbowlinQ's policies and tools.
5. Messages, Voice Calls, And Video Calls
RainbowlinQ may process messaging-related information and communications metadata for platform functionality, reliability, safety, abuse prevention, and policy enforcement. This may include message delivery status, participants, timestamps, report context, device or network diagnostics, and other information needed to operate messaging features. Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest where supported, but are not end-to-end encrypted unless explicitly stated for a particular feature.
Message content and shared media may be processed to deliver messages, support user reports, investigate abuse, enforce policies, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations. If you send content to another user, that user may be able to save, copy, screenshot, report, or share it outside RainbowlinQ.
Voice and video calls may use peer-to-peer and relay infrastructure to support connectivity and performance. The app may collect call metadata, such as participants, time, duration, device or network diagnostics, and call status. Call metadata may be retained for security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and legal compliance purposes. RainbowlinQ does not record voice or video calls unless explicitly disclosed and consented to.
6. Location Data
RainbowlinQ may collect approximate location information, including coarse GPS data and approximate city or country-level location, to support features such as nearby users, local content, recommendations, and safety. Location features are optional and may be disabled through device or app settings. If location access is disabled, some location-based features may not function properly. Users may clear or stop sharing location where supported. RainbowlinQ does not continuously track precise background location.
Location visibility controls may affect what other users can see, but disabling a visible location indicator may not remove every location-related inference. For example, nearby discovery, local content, profile activity, or content you choose to share may still reveal general information about your region or community.
7. How We Use And Share Information
RainbowlinQ may use information for the following purposes:
- Provide, operate, personalize, maintain, and improve the platform.
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support.
- Enable profiles, discovery, nearby users, local posts, recommendations, chat, calls, reports, and other social features.
- Protect users, detect abuse, moderate content, investigate reports, enforce policies, and prevent fraud or spam.
- Process payments, subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks, tax, accounting, and payment compliance where payment features are available.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, resolve disputes, preserve evidence, and protect rights, property, and safety.
Who We May Share Information With
- Other users, when you make information public, visible, discoverable, or shared through RainbowlinQ features.
- Service providers that help us host, authenticate, moderate, secure, analyze, communicate, support, and improve the platform.
- Payment processors and payment service providers used by RainbowlinQ, where payment or subscription features are available.
- Law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate for legal, safety, security, or policy enforcement reasons.
- Successors or advisors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
RainbowlinQ may use third-party infrastructure and service providers, including cloud hosting providers, authentication providers, moderation providers, communications providers, analytics providers, and payment processors, to operate, secure, and improve the platform. The final provider list and any provider-specific disclosures should be maintained here: [LIST THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS].
8. Legal Bases For Processing
RainbowlinQ may process information where processing is necessary to provide the service users request, where users have given consent and consent is required, for legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving RainbowlinQ, and to comply with legal obligations.
9. Cross-Border Processing
Because RainbowlinQ is operated by a US-based company and uses infrastructure and providers that may be located in different countries, your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including outside Myanmar and Thailand. Hosting may occur in Singapore, Thailand, the United States, or other regions, and third-party providers may process data in other countries. Data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws where you live.
10. Your Choices, Controls, And Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, withdraw consent for, or restrict certain processing of your information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
- Account and profile controls may allow you to update, correct, hide, or remove certain profile fields.
- Privacy controls may allow you to manage profile discoverability, location visibility, online status visibility, sensitive profile fields, and photo visibility where supported.
- Device settings may allow you to disable permissions such as location, camera, microphone, notifications, and photo access.
- Communication settings may allow you to manage notifications, support messages, or other account communications where supported.
- Deletion tools may allow you to request account deletion through the app or designated account deletion flows.

11. Data Retention, Account Deletion, And Backups
RainbowlinQ retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce policies, process payments, and prevent abuse. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the sensitivity of the data, and operational or legal requirements.

| Messages | Retained while the account remains active and for up to 180 days after account deletion, unless required for ongoing investigations, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or user reports. |
| Reports, moderation records, and safety logs | Retained for up to 2 years after creation or resolution of the matter. |

| Legal holds and investigations | Retained as long as reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce policies, or protect users and the platform. |
Users may request deletion of their account through the application settings or designated account deletion tools. Account deletion information is available at /delete-account. Upon a deletion request, certain information may be deleted, anonymized, or retained as required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, payment compliance, abuse prevention, or safety-related purposes.
Deleted or anonymized data may not be recoverable. Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, recipient devices, screenshots, exported copies, reports, moderation records, payment records, or legal holds. Content shared with other users may continue to be visible to those users or available outside RainbowlinQ if they saved, copied, reported, or shared it.
12. Children And Age Restrictions
RainbowlinQ is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 18 to use the platform. If we learn that an individual under 18 has created an account, we may take steps to restrict, suspend, or delete the account and related information, subject to legal, safety, and compliance needs.
13. Security, Safety, And Legal Requests
We use technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users should keep account credentials secure and report suspected account compromise or abuse through available support or safety tools.
We may access, preserve, or disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful government or legal requests, protect users or the public, enforce our terms and policies, prevent abuse or fraud, or defend our rights, property, or safety.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we may notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
14. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by applicable law or platform requirements. The updated policy will be effective when posted or on the date stated in the policy.
